At Fabricville, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit for your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fabricville account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabric bolts are protected and all hardware or accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
